Why it matters when hiring drivers
Regional is where many experienced OTR drivers want to land, which makes it easier to fill — and easier to over-promise. "Regional" means different lanes at different fleets, so postings that don't specify the actual territory and home-time cadence generate applications from drivers who will decline the real terms later.
