Candidates who qualify go through pre-employment screening — CDL verification, MVR, carrier history, FMCSA compliance records and drug test results in a single report — and accepted drivers complete onboarding digitally, with 1099 and W-2 contracts, lease agreements and document storage handled online for same-day starts.
