Reefer

A reefer is a refrigerated trailer, and reefer trucking is the temperature-controlled freight that runs in it — produce, meat, dairy, frozen goods, pharmaceuticals. The work is appointment-driven and time-critical, with drivers responsible for monitoring unit temperature and precooling.
