Zoom Phone Integration - Call2Action

Overview

The Call2Action Zoom Phone integration allows your recruiting team to make and receive calls directly from candidate profiles, with call history automatically logged against each application.

Requirements

  • An active Call2Action account
  • A Zoom account with Zoom Phone enabled

How to Add the App

  1. Log in to your Call2Action account at https://app.call2action.ai
  2. Go to Settings -> Integrations
  3. Find Zoom Phone and click Connect
  4. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize access - click Allow
  5. You will be returned to Call2Action automatically. Your Zoom Phone number will appear as connected.
  6. Each team member must connect their own Zoom account individually.

How to Use

Making an outbound call:

  1. Open any candidate's application page
  2. Click the phone icon next to the candidate's number
  3. The call is initiated via your connected Zoom Phone number
  4. After the call ends, it is automatically logged in the candidate's activity history

Receiving an inbound call:

When a candidate calls your Zoom Phone number, Call2Action identifies them by phone number and links the call to their application automatically.

How to Remove the App

  1. Go to Settings -> Integrations
  2. Find Zoom Phone and click Disconnect
  3. Your tokens are immediately revoked and removed from Call2Action
  4. To fully deauthorize, you can also go to zoom.us -> App Marketplace -> Manage -> Installed Apps and remove Call2Action from there.
